Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd's combat sport journey began when she was 14 years old. She trained in boxing kickboxing BJJ and wrestling before completing her amateur debut at age 18 at WCFC with Jaimee Nievera. Ladd went on an impressive 3 fight winning streak at Ultimate Reno Combat. In each of the three bouts she beat her opponent in the very first round. Then, she returned to WCFC where she defeated Leslie Rodriguez by unanimous decision. Aspen was first beaten by Silvia Babyghian before going on to take on Maddy Simmons at WCFC 9 and fought Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia beat Aspen and defeated her via unanimity to create a blemish on Ladd's amateur record. Ladd won her next match in a fight with Roma Pawelek to improve to a record of 8-1. Aspen made her pro debut in the year 2015, when she signed as a player with Invicta FC. Invicta Fc 11 she dominated Ana Carolina Vidal and won the fight in the first round via TKO. Invicta Fc 16 marked her first bout as a bantamweight. She defeated Amanda Cooper with an armbar during the second round. Aspen used her superior grappling skills to defeat McGill and then ended the fight with a third round TKO(elbows or punches). The next fight was against Jessica Hoy at Invicta FC 18 at catchweight(138.1lb) because Ladd missed weight despite this Aspen defeated Hoy and defeated her in the second round via TKO. Invicta FC 28 was her final bout with the club. Invicta FC 22 saw Sijara Eubanks be defeated in a unanimous verdict. Aspen Ladd made her UFC debut at UFC Fight Night 118 against Lina Lansberg. She was a step ahead of Lina and ground-and-pounded her to pick up a second-round TKO victory. Ladd remained in the lead, and won another victory over Tonya Avinger at UFC 229 with her next bout. Ladd beat Evinger within the first minute and was awarded a prize for her performance on the night. Invicta FC, a rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and Lee She fought Sijara Eubanks for her first significant fight. Ladd's victory was a unanimous decision, as well as she was awarded the Fight of the Night award went to the two fighters. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie stopped Ladd's winning streak within 16 seconds. Yana Knitskaya was defeated in UFC 7 ESPN 7's third round, was defeated by Randamie. In her recent fight for the UFC she took on Norma Dumont at UFC Fight Night 195 to replace her fight. She lost the fight via unanimous decision.
