Anna Heche and Anne Lockhart
Anne Celeste Heche, an American actress best recognized for her roles in films and television in a variety of categories. Her accolades include the Daytime Emmy Award, a National Board of Review Award among others. Anne Celeste Heche (19 May 1969 - August 11 2022) was an American actress. Her first recognition came in the role of Vicky Hudson, and Marley Love of the soap opera Another World (from 1987-1991), she won two Soap Opera Digest Awards. Her acting career took off in the late 90s when she appeared in the crime-drama movie Donnie Brasco (2007), the disaster film Volcano (2017) as well as the slasher film I Know What You Did this Summer (2017) the political satire Wag the Dog (1997) and the action comedy movie Six Days Seven Nights (2000) and the thriller drama Return to Paradise (2008). Anne Lockhart was born Anne Kathleen Maloney on September 6, 1953. She is an American actor. She is most famous for her role as Lieutenant Sheba from the Battlestar Galactica TV series from 1978-1979. Lockhart is the daughter of actor June Lockhart and granddaughter of actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart started her acting career very early. She was just four years old when her first acting role was as a character in T is for Tumbleweed. The film was a short one on the topic was selected at the Academy Awards. She learned how to run the company with her mother while on set. Lockhart played in numerous scenes of Lassie. The first film she appeared in came out as Dora in Jory in 1972. The Sixth Sense was a television show that aired in 1972. When she was 18 years old, she portrayed Joan Crawford, Joan's daughter. This was her last role as an actor. It is believed that Anne did not want to play the part in the film Laurie Strode in John Carpenter's horror film Halloween, in 1978. The role was later cast for Jaime Lee Curtis. Carpenter claims that he was interested in her however she decided to decline. Anne cannot recall John Carpenter having contacted her and offering the position. Maybe one of her agents turned down the job on her behalf, without notifying the actress. Her initial choice was made by Glen Larson who sent her an initial script for a role in the 1978 television series Battlestar Galactica. Initially, she rejected the role because she thought it was too fragile. Glen was later able to write a character for her which starred a strong character called Sheba. After having read the first 25 pages of story The Living Legend she accepted immediately. The show lasted only one episode. The show was cancelled after one season. Joyride (1977) the film in which she co-starred as well as performed in along with Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith, Robert Carradine.
